           He is the third biggest feline ,but has the most powerfull jaw  he is the only panther genus in america.
           They live in forests near rivers ,they have excelent night vision and smell which allows them to detect preys they are solitary hunters because they live alone, they only coexist when mating season they will eat anything big small even fish if they have to they are good swimmers .
   The female matures at 2 years of age and male at 3 the offsprings remain with the mother till the age of 2.
